Leverton Law Firm was established to serve donors and surrogates in their fertility journey, and to provide them with the legal representation, advice, and care they deserve.
Michelle Leverton, founder of Leverton Law Firm, is a California licensed attorney. Michelle was introduced to fertility law during her legal education, and has exclusively worked in the field since 2016. While practicing, Michelle represented intended parents, gestational carriers, egg donors, sperm donors, and embryo donors, but found that she felt most fulfilled and passionate when advocating on behalf of gestational carriers and donors. As a result, Michelle decided to dedicate her fertility practice to solely representing donors and surrogates. Michelle strives to ensure that gestational carriers and donors are empowered in their knowledge of the law, and are protected through a fair and enforceable contract.
