Regular Updates
We keep the agency informed at each step of the legal process, including (1) when we receive the contract, (2) when a consultation is scheduled, (3) when negotiations are on-going, (4) when the final agreement is issued, and (5) upon legal clearance, in addition to any other necessary updates.
Flexible Scheduling
We offer flexible consultation scheduling for our donor and surrogate clients, including weekend options, in order to (1) accommodate the busy lives of our clients and their families, and (2) provide the quickest turn-around times possible for the legal process.
Experienced
We've represented over a thousand ART clients in our five years of experience working solely in the fertility law field. We work closely with attorneys and other professionals in the ART community, lending to a smooth legal process for agencies and our clients.
